Usha has extensive training experience in the corporate as well as academic fields. She is currently completing her PhD at the University of Pittsburgh, where she has been teaching undergraduate students for over 5 years, and has won awards for her pedagogical expertise.
She has also recently taught Masters courses at Jawaharlal Nehru University. Prior to this, Usha has worked as a learning consultant for a number of learning companies, conceptualizing end-to-end learning solutions, training employees in the nuances of Instructional Design, and designing organizational models for optimum performance. With her PhD degree and three Masters degrees – in Film Studies, Communications, and English – she brings to her role as Learning Consultant a strong academic background that complements Neeta’s extensive practical experience with corporate learning initiatives.
